James Beard Award winning Restaurateur, Chef Chris Shepherd joins us with his Chef De Cuisine at UB Preserve, Nick Wong Live and in Studio! Wong, new to Houston, is already intimately familiar with the cultures that exist here and the food they’re cooking. Chris, is established and has contributed to changing the food scene in Houston. Nick and Chris spend their limited amount of free time exploring the city. The pair recently stumbled upon a Nigerian grocery store run by a woman who has invited them into her kitchen to learn more about Nigerian food.
