Chef Carlos Garcia has traded in his kitchen tools to launch his own chef apparel company, Lost Car. Lost Car Chef Apparel launched in July 2014 and has been a major success. Garcia claims the comfort of his coats and the fact that each coat is made with3 to 4 percent stretch is what sets him apart from his competitors.
