Born and raised in Morocco. Chef Simo studied in a French school and graduated in finance after 6 years in the north of France in Lille. He decided to quit everything to live trough his passions which were electronic music and cuisine. As he couldn’t open my restaurant at that time,  he started as a DJ and was very successful in the concepts and events he launched.
